Happy July, friends!
First things first, I want to wish everyone a happy and safe Fourth of July. Whether you’re celebrating with fireworks, cookouts, beach time, air conditioning, or hiding indoors with snacks and a nervous pet, I hope your holiday is peaceful, fun, and exactly the right amount of loud.
I also want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you for making the launch of Saltwater Secrets such a wonderful success. Every purchase, page read, review, share, message, and bit of enthusiasm has meant more than I can properly put into words without getting suspiciously sentimental in public. Truly, thank you for helping Sophie and the whole Rising Tides crew find their readers.
July also happens to be my birthday month, which means I will be celebrating with the traditional rituals: making questionable dessert choices, pretending I don’t need another notebook, and calling it “research” whenever I buy more books.
On the book front, I’m happy to report that Rising Tides Mysteries Book 2 is officially in the editing phase! I’m so excited for you to return to Seabreeze Key, where the water is beautiful, the neighbors are suspicious, and absolutely nothing stays buried for long.
I can’t say too much yet, but I can tell you that this next mystery dives deeper into Sophie’s world, the secrets surrounding Rising Tides, and the strange things waiting just beneath the surface.
And speaking of things I’m trying very hard not to shout about yet: the cover reveal for Book 2 is coming later this month.
I cannot wait to show it to you.

I have a free paranormal mystery to share with you this month, and this one sounds like a delightfully witchy little troublemaker.
